In these uncertain times surrounding the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to reach out to you personally about what we are doing here at My Sweet Passion Cakes to support you. We are doing everything we can to provide maximum flexibility and help you move forward with a course of action.
It will be business as usual for us. However, we will comply with the strict requirements on food safety/hygiene practices and infection control, as instructed by the authorities. Be rest assured, we will continue to maintain our usual high safety and quality standards in our cake making and food preparation process. Please do not hesitate to call us to discuss your requirements and we will do our best to accommodate you.
In some cases, we understand that you may feel more comfortable rescheduling your event and I assure you we are here to help you make those adjustments as stress-free as possible.
Flexibility and Support: We understand the need for increased flexibility with event planning right now. To assist our customers in their decisions, we are committed to help you in any way we can.
Postpone/Reschedule: If you would like to postpone or reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make adjustments to our schedule.
If you are not sure of when you would like to re-schedule, do not worry. We will hold onto your deposit/retainer and will work with you to make new dates work to the best of our abilities.
We continue to follow national guidelines regarding the best course of action for the safety and well-being of everyone.
