MESSAGE FROM MY SWEET PASSION CAKES ABOUT COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS)

Dear Esteemed Customers and Friends,

In these uncertain times, I wanted to reach out to you personally about what we are doing here at My Sweet Passion Cakes to support you and your upcoming event. As the situation around Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we are doing everything we can to provide maximum flexibility and help you move forward with a course of action.

It will be business as usual for us. However, we will comply with the strict requirements of social distancing and infection control as instructed by the authorities. Be rest assured, we will continue to maintain our usual high safety and quality standards in our cake making and food preparation process. Please do not hesitate to call us to discuss your requirements and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We understand that you may feel more comfortable rescheduling your event and I assure you we are here to help you make those adjustments as stress-free as possible.

Flexibility and Support: We understand the need for increased flexibility with event planning right now. To assist our customers in their decisions, we have added the following options:

Postpone/Reschedule: If you would like to postpone or reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make adjustments to our schedule.

If you are not sure of when you would like to re-schedule, do not worry. We will hold onto your deposit/retainer and will work with you to make new dates work to the best of our abilities.

We continue to follow the guidance of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the National Heath Services regarding the best course of action for the safety and well-being of everyone.

Everyone here at My Sweet Passion Cakes takes great pride in the role we play in the lives of our customers and their special events.

Rest assured that as circumstances continue to develop, one thing will remain constant: we will make our decisions with the health and well-being of our customers, team members, and community as our highest priority.

Stay safe and health and take good care of yourselves.

Kind wishes,
